OPI Shatter Nail Lacquer

OPI Shatter is a new type of nail polish that splits and cracks as it dries to reveal the nail polish color underneath.  So if you paint your nail white, then apply a coat of OPI Black Shatter, your nails will look black with shards of white peeping through.  It’s a really cool effect that is inexpensive and a whole lot of fun!
